This machine is designed to peel the thin skin of soybeans and crack or split the beans, commonly used in the tempeh industry.
Besides tempeh production, it can also be used in processing tofu, soy milk, and other soy-based products, by adjusting the grinding stone (forward/backward) to achieve the desired level of crushing or grinding.
To operate this machine, it must be assembled with a power source such as a minimum 5.5 HP gasoline engine (GX160) or a minimum 1/2 HP electric motor.
