USAGE GUIDE & IMPORTANT NOTES (MUST READ):
- Boneless Meat Only: This machine MUST ONLY be used to shred chicken meat that has been completely separated from its bones (boneless).
- Shredding Results Characteristics:
- Boiled Chicken: The shredded meat tends to be finer, smaller, and neater.
- Fried Chicken: The shredded meat is slightly coarser/wider due to the hard texture of the fried outer layer.
- Meat Thickness: The maximum thickness of the chicken input is 4 cm. For large-sized boiled chickens, please cut them into smaller pieces before putting them into the machine.
- Cleaning & Retrieving Leftover Meat Inside the Machine:
- After use, open the machine's blade cover.
- Manually turn the V-belt (drive belt) by hand.
- Clean/push out any trapped meat residue inside using a clean brush or any other tool so all the shredded chicken falls through the output funnel.
