This horizontal dough mixer / dough mixer / food mixer is used for heavy dough such as wet bread / buns / noodles. Heavy dough requires a strong "knife" or mixer with strong rolling power. Horizontal model mixers cannot be used if the amount of flour or dough is small. Because it's a horizontal model, the stirrer doesn't reach the bottom of the mixer so there shouldn't be too little dough. If there is too little dough, it will fall to the bottom or collect in the middle.
