**Features & Advantages Compared to Galvalum/Galvanized Ovens:**
1. Equipped with a thermometer to determine the precise temperature in the oven's combustion chamber.
2. Monel material has better resistance to corrosion compared to galvalum ovens and acidic environments.
3. Monel material has a higher resistance to high temperatures.
4. Monel material is stronger and more resistant to physical pressure compared to galvalum.
5. Monel material is more resistant to chemical reactions compared to galvalum, which can be more vulnerable to damage from exposure to certain chemicals, as may occur in the cooking industry.
6. Features an air vent at the back of the oven as a ventilation hole to prevent overheating.
**Note:** Please use low heat initially when using the oven; do not use high heat immediately. It's not recommended to use high-pressure gas stoves.
* Shipping will be done 1-2 days after the transaction is confirmed (holidays, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not counted).
